"THE STORY OF THREE RABBITS"

 One day there were 3 rabbits named Tomy,Timy,and,Tamy.Every day they spent their time to play together.One sunny morning they found their homes were destroyed by the heavy rains last night,they were very upset with it.

 Then with a very sad face the three of them decide to make a new homes to replace the destroyed but tomy said to the Timy and Tamy “ where can we build a house ? just three of us ? it was imposible”.And Tomy leaving timy and tamy,timy and tamy tried to prevent tomy going  but he did not care,timy and tamy strived to build their ruined homes.

Day by day they continued to build with out feeling tired.After 3 weeks went by, the house they had build  and they very pleased with the results of their hard work.tamy said “ Finally we finish the house,now let’s find tomy and show him that we can work and finish this house”.Suddenly Tomy appeared .

 Looking at Tomy,Timy and Tamy were sad.They embraced Tomy and Timy said “ If we have the will and embroidery as well as a strong intention whatever we think is impossible it will happen because nothing is impossible if we want to try and work hard”. Tomy was getting upset and finally apologized to Timy and Tamy.Tamy and Timy  for give all the Tomy’s mistaken and they returned to their new home.

"SMOKING"

 Cigarette are small cyilindrical shaped object which contains tobacco mixed with other ingredients such as tar,nicotine and carbon monoxide.The substance is very dangerous for smoker  or  for other,it the health hazards such smoking causes brittle bone.

 On the point is smoking causes disease and is a slow way to die because the effect of smoking on human body. As we know, from smoking it can give too many effect to the human body such like to the eyes, mouth and throat, lung, heart, stomach, pancreas and it also can cause the cancers. The effect of smoking to the eyes is smokers have a two to three times greater chance of developing cataracts, a leading cause of blindness and a cataract causes the cells around the lens to turn white. Besides that, the effect to mouth and throat is smoking causes the mouth cancer and smoking causes cancer of the larynx and cancer of the esophagus. Furthermore, lung and heart get the effect from smoking too. Smokers are at greater risk of lung cancer and smoking causes atherosclerosis, or hardening of the arteries. And the stomach and pancreas also get the effect from smoking. Smokers are more likely to get peptic ulcers than non smoker and they also can get the stomach cancer. Then, smoking causes pancreatic cancer too.

 Moreover, smoking are not just can cause effect to the smokers but it also can give the effect to those who are not a smokers by it smoke which are release by the cigarette smoking. Actually, we need to give more attention to the effect of smoking to the non-smokers because they get the serious effect than the smokers. Everyone can be exposed to smoke in public places, such as restaurants, shopping centers, public transportation, schools, and daycare centers. Secondhand smoke can also cause a cancer to the non smokers. Secondhand smoke contains a higher concentration of these carcinogens than the smoke inhaled by smokers. It can also cause the respiratory problem and heart disease to non smokers. Furthermore, it also can give the effect to the pregnant women which in causes the pregnancy complications when the mother inhaled the smoke from smokers.

 In conclusion,after we know the danger  of smoking  we should stay away from cigarettes and began to live a healhty live without cigarettes and If a smoker want to live a longer and a healthy life he or she should seriously consider quitting as soon as possible.
